EnergyMeal operates as a sophisticated nutritional concierge. While we provide Comidas completas con recuento de calorías, our service is not a medical provider. Users are encouraged to consult with personal health professionals before initiating any significant change in their dietary patterns.
Distribution & Logistics
Our Menú equilibrado diario is prepared in our state-of-the-art facility in Madrid and delivered within specific time windows to ensure temperature control and ingredient integrity. We currently serve the greater Madrid metropolitan area.

Delivery Windows Standard delivery occurs between 06:00 and 09:30 Monday through Friday. Ensure access to your building is provided in your account settings.

Commercial Terms
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your selected plan. Cancellations or pauses must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our Menú dietético a domicilio, refunds are not authorized once production has commenced. Disputed deliveries are investigated within 24 hours.
